GasoFind is a free fuel price comparator that collects daily data from more than 12,478 service stations across Spain. Our tool allows you to check the petrol and diesel price today in any province or municipality, compare costs between brands and find the cheapest station near your location.

Fuel prices in Spain vary significantly depending on the geographical area, station brand and fuel type. For example, the average diesel A price today is 1.883 €, while petrol 95 reaches an average of 1.736 €. These differences can mean a saving of up to 10 € per 50 L tank if the right station is chosen.

Why do prices vary?

The final price of petrol and diesel at the pump depends on multiple factors: the cost of Brent crude in international markets, special hydrocarbon taxes, transport costs from refineries to each point of sale, and the commercial margin applied by each station. For this reason, refuelling in Madrid or Barcelona does not cost the same as doing so in provinces with lower distribution density, such as Soria or Teruel.

Several types of fuel circulate in Spain. The most common are diesel A (for diesel vehicles), petrol 95 and petrol 98. Each has a different price depending on composition and applied taxes.
